We are looking for a leader. As a well-established and growing HVAC Company with offices in Las Vegas and Reno, we are currently accepting applications for an experienced/seasoned HVAC professionals with an established history working for HVAC companies. This position will work with our customers and technicians. We are looking for a Foreman/Lead to help keep the training going and the staff inspired.

Salary: BOE

Job Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 3-4 years verifiable work experience in the commercial HVAC field work.
  • Valid NV driver’s license, clean driving record to drive company provided vehicle.
  • Must have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly presence and excellent customer service skill.
  • Honest, dependable, and motivated.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/nights and weekends when necessary.
  • EPA Certified.
  • Safely work unsupervised, safely climb ladders and work at heights that exceed 6ft or higher.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
